Vivien Jane

VJ is rolling so much. She rolls onto her stomach, and about 1/4 of the time she rolls back, the other 3/4 of the time she gets mad and screams because she wants back on her back and can't get there. We finally said no more thin burp rags to help put her to sleep since she is rolling so much.
We put her down for her morning nap today and went back in to check on her and she had rolled onto her stomach and fallen asleep with her beloved paci. We love the picture of her going head to head with her light up turtle. What a sweet girl

If you are interested in the turtle, you can go to http://cloudb.com
We have the turtle and the ladybug, although the ladybug does not light up as well as the turtle does.

First Tooth

Vivien Jane's first tooth came through today. This is a happy/sad time for me. She has been a little cranky lately and I was ready for this tooth to come through, but now that it has it keeps reminding me that my once tiny little baby is getting so big. She rolls over now, she holds her head up so well, and now she has a little tooth. We are going to try feeding her solids again. She has wanted nothing to do with eating solids, but she is drinking 8oz at a time. The bottle does not hold much more, so we are thinking that it is time for solids. She was so tiny when she was born and now she is a chunker of 17lbs.

On Our Way To Get Milk

Just a few shots of the countryside as we go to get milk. The farm is about 20 minutes away, and the drive is so peaceful and beautiful.

Leonard

This is Leonard. He is a spider that comes here every night and builds a web right outside our patio window. We get to watch him build his web and it is amazing how he does it. He is not a huge spider and I can imagine that his brain is minuscule. But it is amazing that even with such a tiny brain, he knows what he is suppose to do.
So every night he comes and builds a web, and every morning when I get up he has packed up and left for the day.
He really is fun to watch.
